1 Law:: power/liberty of the buyer or seller (or a third person) to rescind a sale over an agreed period of time immediately following the date of that sale consistent with their original agreement. This liberty may be a clause in all unilaterally irrevocable dealings except for mortmain and marriage (See Articles 399-401 of the Civil Code of Iran)
